We offer different sports in one hour session (once or twice a week) to students every 4-6 weeks in which students will learn how to do the essentials of any sport activity. They will learn the proper way to breath and how to prevent common mistakes when tired, proper way to warm up before any physical activity in our program or outside. We will educate and stress the importance of preventioof any kind of injuries and above all...They will have fun doing exercises!
